Best way to find a workshop that won't invent problems?

I’m convinced my last garage was inventing issues to bump up the bill, they’d always find something “urgent” that needed doing on top of whatever I came in for. So now I’m looking for somewhere new, and I want to know how people actually filter out the ones that upsell everything. I’ve been reading about Car repair and maintenance workshop in Musaffah Industrial Area options, but honesty isn’t something you can gauge from a website. Is there a way to test a new garage without risking a big bill, like starting with a small job and seeing if they try to add extras? Or do you just have to take a chance and hope? I’d also be interested in whether people find independents less pushy than dealers or if it’s the same everywhere.

The topic is very useful, since looking for an honest workshop will save a lot of time and money. It is recommended to read customer reviews, compare prices, and get some explanations before you approve the repair. Moreover, as when searching for trusted services, one who is searching for take my HISET exam for me should look for trusted academic help.
